In his BKFC debut, the G the Cutman, Guillermo Perez, scored 4 knockdowns over Robert Fuller of Maine in the flyweight division at BKFC 34 Hollywood. Perez, who was raised in the small Florida town of Pahokee, has been boxing since he was 7 years old.
After meeting Nelson Lopez, he went on to have 35 amateur fights, 1 pro boxing fight, and now his long-awaited debut BKFC fight.
Guillermo tells Bare Knuckle News Host, Susan Cingari that his opponent was changed 3 times before the fight till Robert Fuller stepped up to the plate. Commenting on the about with Fuller, Perez says, “I felt I hurt him, so I needed to take him out.”
Perez, a well loved fixture in the combat sports as a , says, “I came to see and feel what these guys go through. I am in the corner always fixing them up and now I wanted to see how it is to be inside the ring.” He says, “it feels a little different, but this is my game.” When asked who he wants to fight next, he says, “Whoever you put in on the roster, I’ll fight him.”
